Day Two plus Brad Moves in....

I am totally going through Caffine withdrawl. My headaches and all I can think about is food and what I get to eat after this is all said and done.

Master Cleanse take two...

Well I did the master cleanse in March of last year. I lasted 7 days because my Mom and Dad came in for Easter. I am shooting for 14 days this time. I have eaten too much junk and my body can feel it. I am achy and icky. This is definitely going to be trick with Brad moving in this week but... I need to do this for my health.

I just did a salt water flush so... we shall see how it goes.
