It's interesting how you think you are so aware and comfortable in your surronding and in one day all that changes. Yesterday my AE was let go from Dell. Like that the circumstances of my job, life and any extra activities that I had where changed. I now have to do my job and hers. Can I complain...nope. The reality is that the are 100's of people out there right now that would take my job in a minute and for less pay. It has become a time of the pharse "suck it up." You don't like your job? you have to take a job that is below you? you have to work extra hours to get the work done? Well "suck it up" because at least you have a job.
So... The laziness of Carolyn ends today. I will now wake up at 5:30 every morning to get to the gym before work. I will work my ass off and stay at work late if need be AND I will be super girlfriend. I will be there for my boyfriend during this though holiday season with his mom still recovering. I have the thought in the back of my mind... "carolyn can you do all this?" The answer is simple... I can do anything I want, need or is required of me.

It's your older brother--- so what are you going to be doing work wise??? are you going to be traveling to Chicago more often? I hope so!
